How will I know status of my loan?

How do I know if my loan is approved or disapproved?

An SMS will be sent to you for the final status of your loan application. If approved, the SMS will include details on how you will claim your loan proceeds.

Can I re-apply again if I am disapproved?

You may do so after 6 months.

How will I get the loan?

Initially, loans shall be released by check at the MYEG Corporate Office at the 29th Floor, Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, 30th street corner 4th avenue, BGC, Taguig City.

Soon, disbursements may be thru bank to bank transfers or thru remittance partners. Please check the webpage for updates and announcements regarding disbursement channels.

Where will I pay?

You will issue a 1-time payment by issuing a Postdated Check to MYEG with Account Name: I-Pay Myeg Philippines, Inc.

What happens if I don’t pay on time?

A late payment penalty 5% per month or 300 pesos whichever is higher, will be applied against your monthly due for unpaid loan amortization to be applied 1 day after loan is unpaid and should be paid together with the loan amount due.
